Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made until 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than a week prior to the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that the charter is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances  the charter can be rescheduled for a different date.

In the event that the customer fails to provide us with the requested information for each passenger (Full names, ID or passport numbers, nationality, etc.) in a timely manner, they will not be allowed to join the cruise and no refund will be issued.

In case of a semi-private cruise, if the minimum number of participants (5 or 6 depending on the season) is not reached, the cruise will be  rescheduled for a different date.
